What is hitt training? Hit or hitt stands for high intensity training and usually consists of short bursts of high intensity exercises or workout that are effective at increasing your strength, power and fitness.....did I mention burn energy and fat?

Core Blaster Workout is a short high intensity workout hitt session to activate your muscles workout those woes and metabolise those calories.

This short but effective workout is very effective at targeting your thigh muscles, burning calories, strengthening muscles and improving your over all fitness.

You can make this exercise as hard or as easy as you like, the intensity is all down to you.
