Come rain or shine, working out in the fresh air is good for the mind, body and soul. Our classes are a dynamic mix of kettle bell, resistance band and body weight exercises in the park for whole-body toning and general fitness. Get out of that stuffy gym, feel the grass underfoot and most importantly get a great blast of expertly guided fitness.
The famous Welsh weather dictates when this class can be run to an extent but we are hardy souls here at GM Fitness and not scared of a little rain or snow so feel free to check on whether or not the class is going ahead on the day of the event but we do our best not to cancel unless entirely necessary!
