Its that time again and we can barely contain ourselves, its time for all to do the bear crawl. While bear exercises may have you feeling like you have digressed to a childhood memory the muscles worked during bear crawl technique will have you growling.

Bear crawl workouts are great exercises for improving core muscles and are very effective at whole body workout. Burning calories, strengthening muscles and improving your over all fitness.

You can make this exercise as hard or as easy as you like, the intensity is all down to you.
