Super Woman Workout for those of you who are looking for a super core workout.

Super woman exercises aka Super Man workouts are great exercises for improving core muscles and are very effective at whole body workout. Burning calories, strengthening muscles and improving your over all fitness.

You can make this exercise as hard or as easy as you like, the intensity is all down to you.
