A one to one health assessment and fitness analysis to assess the wants and needs of the individual lasting approximately 30-40 minutes.
Per session - £30-35
A session usually lasts for an hour and includes a warm up and stretches. Everyone is different and we will vary the training according to your goals and ambitions, age, fitness level, past injuries and muscular strength. We make sure you achieve maximum results for your efforts!
£50 off a block booking of ten sessions made during Jauary 2011.
We can make make some really positive changes to your fitness and physique in just a few weeks good training. The normal price for 10 one hour sessions would be £300 but it's £250 with this offer.

We offer group training to couples and groups at a discounted price.
We will happily cater for large or small groups and further discount applies for larger groups. All offers are subject to terms and conditions and payment must be in advance for discounted packages
